We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve ProjHQ, including AI-powered features. Your project data is used only within the context of your organization and is never shared with other organizations or used to train AI models.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on our infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production databases is restricted and monitored. For more details, see our Security page.
4. AI & Data Processing
ProjHQ uses AI features powered by Google Gemini. When AI features are enabled by your organization, relevant project context is sent to the AI provider for processing. AI consent can be controlled at the organization, project, and user level. We do not use your data to train AI models.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services including GitHub (authentication), Google Gemini (AI features), and Cloudflare (CDN & security). Each of these services has their own privacy policies.
6. Your Rights
