2. Description of Service

ProjHQ is a project management platform that provides task tracking, team collaboration, document management, and AI-powered productivity features. The service is offered in multiple tiers (Free, Starter, Premium, Enterprise) with varying feature sets and usage limits.

3. User Accounts

You must authenticate via GitHub to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ProjHQ for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, abuse AI features (e.g., circumventing rate limits via organization hopping), or use the platform to harass or harm others.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create on ProjHQ. By using the service, you grant ProjHQ a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the service. ProjHQ does not claim ownership of your data.

6. AI Features

AI features are optional and require organization-level consent. AI outputs are provided as suggestions and should be reviewed by humans before acting upon them. ProjHQ is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Usage limits apply per your subscription tier.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

ProjHQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProjHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ProjHQ at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of ProjHQ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
